Yeah, I have to force refresh (ctrl+f5) everytime someone changes avatars, or else it'd keep the old avatars forever >_<

You can, but it'll make browsing sites slower.
The reason it does that is because you have it se tto not alwas update images and such on sites, most people set it like that for increased browsing speed, rather than redownloading the entire site's images eveyr time you visit a site. And after awhile of browsing, your computer won't always update when it should.

Probably. They argue lotsa times with her taunt and some winposes.
They are playing it japanese style. The winner of the rock paper sissor tell the loser to look in a direction, and if they do, they lose futher.
